3-Day Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Case I: Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide proof, such as an unboxing video or clear images of the defect. Once verified, we will process your request promptly.
Case II: Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product (e.g., a different size, design, or color), you will need to place a new order for the desired item. In such cases, the wrongly ordered product must be kept by you unless it meets the criteria for a return due to a defect.
Please ensure you select the correct size and colors when placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
